BIO Cabernet Sauvignon
The Cabernet Sauvignon has become a classic among single-varietal wines, a grape variety that has obviously acclimatized particularly well in La Mancha. The wine shimmers with a garnet red color and a violet rim in the glass. Its aroma is unusually pure for a wine in this price range and shows red currant, cassis, balsamic notes and a spicy hint of fresh mint. On the palate it is juicy, with a melting texture, lots of Cabernet typicality, spicy, fleshy and full-bodied.
